(-) સીધી ભરતી માટેની જરૂરી લાયકાત વિશે માહિતી વય-મર્યાદા અને શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત પો.સ.ઇ. કેડરની જગ્‍યા માટે નીચે મુજબની વય-મર્યાદા અને શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત રહેશે.   જગ્‍યાનું નામ વય-મર્યાદા શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત ક બિન હથિયારી પોલીસ સબ ઇન્‍સ્‍પેકટર લધુત્તમ- ર૧ વર્ષ મહત્તમ ૩પ વર્ષ માન્‍ય યુનિ. ની સ્‍નાતક ડિગ્રી અથવા કાયદાકીય ડિગ્રી અથવા યુનિ. ગ્રાન્‍ટ કમિશન એકટ-૧૯પ૬ ના સેકશન-૩ હેઠળની ડીમ્‍ડ યુનિ.ની ડિગ્રી અથવા સરકારે આથી સમકક્ષ જાહેર કરેલ ડિગ્રી ધરાવતા હોવા જોઇએ.   ખ હથિયારી પોલીસ સબ ઇન્‍સ્‍પેકટર ગ ઇન્‍ટેલીજન્‍સ ઓફીસર ઘ બિન હથિયારી મદદનીશ પોલીસ સબ ઇન્‍સપેકટર ચ આસીસ્‍ટન્‍ટ ઇન્‍ટેલીજન્‍સ ઓફીસર   બિન હથિયારી/હથિયારી કોન્‍સ્‍ટેબલ-લોકરક્ષક/એસ.આર.પી. કોન્‍સ્‍ટેબલ/જેલ સિપાઇની જગ્‍યા માટે નીચે મુજબની વય-મર્યાદા અને શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત રહેશે. જગ્‍યાનું નામ વય-મર્યાદા શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત ક બિન હથિયારી પોલીસ કોન્‍સ્‍ટેબલ લધુત્તમ- ૧૮ વર્ષ મહત્તમ ૩૩ વર્ષ ધોરણ-૧ર પાસ- હાયક સેકન્‍ડરી પરીક્ષા અથવા તેની સમકક્ષ પરીક્ષા પાસ હોવા જોઇએ.   ખ હથિયારી પોલીસ કોન્‍સ્‍ટેબલ ગ એસ.આર.પી. કોન્‍સ્‍ટેબલ ઘ જેલ સિપાઇ       ઉપર દર્શાવેલ ઉપલી વય-મર્યાદામાં નીચે જણાવેલ કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવારોને જણાવ્‍યા મુજબની વધ છૂટછાટ મળશે.   (૧) અનુસુચિત જાતિ/જનજાતિ/સા. અને શૈ.પ.વર્ગના ઉમેદવારોને ઉપલી વય-મર્યાદામાં નિયમ મુજબ પાંચ વર્ષની છુટ. (ર) તમામ મહિલા ઉમેદવારોને ઉપલી વય-મર્યાદામાં નિયમ મુજબ પાંચ વર્ષની છુટ. (અનામત કક્ષાના મહિલા ઉમેદવારોને વય-મર્યાદામાં નિયમ મુજબ કુલ-૧૦ વર્ષની છુટ) (૩) એકસ સર્વિસમેનને કરેલ સેવાના સંદર્ભે નિયમોનુસાર મળવાપાત્ર છુટ. માજી. સૈનિક સળંગ છ માસથી ઓછી નહીં તેટલી ફરજ બજાવેલ હોય અને નોકરીમાંથી નિયમિત રીતે નિવૃત્ત થયા હોય તેવા માજી. સૈનિકોને તેમણે બજાવેલ ખરેખર ફરજનો સમયગાળો તેમની ઉંમર માંથી બાદ કરતાં મળતી ઉંમર ભરતી નિયમમાં ઠરાવેલ ઉપલી વય-મર્યાદામાં ત્રણ વર્ષ કરતા વધવી જોઇએ નહીં. (નિયમોઃ ગુ.રા.સેવા (માજી સૈનિકો માટે અનામત) નિયમો-૧૯૭પ અને સુધારેલ નિયમો-૧૯૯૪) (૪) સરકારશ્રીના સા.વ.વિભાગના તા.રપ/ર/૮૦, તા.૧/૮/૯૦ તથા તા.૧૮/૪/૦૧ ના ઠરાવથી રપ રમતો/ખેલકુદની યાદીને માન્‍યતા આપવામાં આવેલ છે જે ઠરાવની જોગવાઇઓ મુજબ રમતવીરોને ઉપલી વય-મર્યાદામાં પાંચ વર્ષની છૂટછાટ મળશે. (પ) રાજયના પોલીસ દળમાં કોન્‍સટેબ્‍લ/હેડ કોન્‍સ્‍ટેબલ/એ.એસ.આઇ./અન્ય કોન્‍સ્‍ટેબ્‍યુલરી તરીકે હાલ સેવા બજાવી રહેલા ઉમેદવારોને બિ.હ. પો.સ.ઇ./હથિયારી પો.સ.ઇ. (પ્‍લાટુન કમાન્‍ડર)/ઇન્‍ટેલીજન્‍સ ઓફિસરની જગ્‍યા માટે ઉપલી વયમાં નિયમ મુજબ વધારે ત્રણ વર્ષની છુટ મળશે. (૬) રાજયના પોલીસ દળમાં કોન્‍સ્‍ટેબલ/ હેડ કોન્‍સ્‍ટેબલ/અન્‍ય કોન્‍સ્‍ટેબ્‍યુલરી તરીકે હાલ સેવા બજાવી રહેલા ઉમેદવારોને બિ.હ. મદદનીશ પોલીસ સબ ઇન્‍સ્‍પેકટર/ આસીસ્‍ટન્‍ટ ઇન્‍ટેલીજન્‍સ ઓફિસરની જગ્‍યા માટે ઉપલી વયમાં નિયમ મુજબ વધોર ત્રણ વર્ષની છુટ મળશે.   કોમ્‍યુટર જ્ઞાનઃ રાજય સરકારે સીધી ભરતીમાં નિમણુંક પામતા તમામ ઉમેદવારો પાસે પાયાના કોમ્‍પ્‍યુટર જ્ઞાનની પૂર્વ જરૂરીયાત આવશ્‍યક ગણેલ છે. જે માટે ડોએક દ્વારા લેવાની સી.સી.સી. સર્ટીફીકેટ, ધોરણ-૧૦ અથવા ધોરણ-૧ર, ડીમ્‍પ્‍લોમાં અને ડીગ્રી પદવી સુધીના કોમ્‍પ્‍યુટર વિષયવાળા અભ્‍યાસક્રમો જે માન્‍ય યુનિ./શૈક્ષણિક તાલીમી સંસ્‍થાઓ દ્વારા અપાય છે. તે સ્‍વીકૃત ગણવામાં આવ્‍યા છે. સરકારી નોકરીમાં દાખલ થવા માટેની આ એક પૂર્વ લાયકાત છે. આથી પસંદગી બાદ સરકારની ખાતાકીય તાલીમના ભાગરૂપે અને અથવા અજમાયસી સમય દરમ્‍યાન સરકારે ઠરાવેલ વર્ગ-૩ માટેની સી.સી.સી. સ્‍તરની પરીક્ષા સરકારના પરીક્ષા કેન્‍દ્રો સ્‍પીપ તેમજ જી.ટી.યુ. દ્વારા લેવાની પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવી ફરજીયાત છે.     શારીરિક ધોરણોઃ પો.સ.ઇ. કેડરની જગ્‍યા માટે (એ) પુરુષ ઉમેદવારો માટે   વર્ગ ઉંચાઇ (સે.મી. માં) છાતી (સે.મી. માં) વજન (કિ.ગ્રા. માં) ફુલાવ્‍યા વગરની ફુલાવેલી મૂળ ગુજરાતના અનુ.જનજાતિના ઉમેદવારો માટે ૧૬ર ૭૯ ૮૪ પ૦ મૂળ ગુજરાતના અનુ.જનજાતિના ઉમેદવારો સિવાયના તમામ માટે ૧૬પ ૭૯ ૮૪ પ૦ -- છાતીનો ફુલાવો ઓછામાં ઓછા પ સે.મી. નો થવો અનિવાર્ય છે. (બી) મહિલા ઉમેદવારો માટે   વર્ગ ઉંચાઇ (સે.મી. માં) વજન (કિ.ગ્રા. માં) મૂળ ગુજરાતના અનુ.જનજાતિના ઉમેદવારો માટે ૧૫૬ ૪૦ મૂળ ગુજરાતના અનુ.જનજાતિના ઉમેદવારો સિવાયના તમામ માટે ૧પ૮ ૪૦ શારીરિક ક્ષમતા કસોટીઃ- (માકર્સ- પ૦)   દોડ પુરુષ (ક) પ૦૦૦ મીટર દોડ વધુમાં વધુ રપ મિનિટમાં તમામ પુરુષ ઉમેદવારોએ દોડ પુરી કરવાની રહેશે. મહિલા (ખ) ૧૬૦૦ મીટર દોડ વધુમાં વધુ ૯ મિનિટ ૩૦ સેકન્‍ડમાં તમામ મહિલ ઉમેદવારોએ દોડ પુરી કરવાની રહેશે. એકસ સર્વિસમેન (ગ) ર૪૦૦ મીટર દોડ વધુમાં વધુ ૧ર મિનીટ ૩૦ સેકન્‍ડમાં તમામ એકસ સર્વિસમેન ઉમેદવારોએ આ દોડ કરવાની રહેશે.         શારીરિક ધોરણોઃ પોલીસ કોન્‍સ્‍ટેબલ (લોકરક્ષક), એસ.આર.પી. પો.કો.
